Booking requirements

If you complete a booking on an app or Mabets site, you are fully bound and agreeing to all booking conditions set by the property, including cancellation and no-show rules, (the host can provide you with some special additional terms and conditions upon arrival at the specified accommodation, without any financial consequences)

Late arrival or no-show

You must contact Mabet if you wish to cancel your reservation (cancellable) within 24 hours from the time of implementation, provided that the arrival time is not less than 24 hours. If you are unable to check in to the property on the day of booking, your booking may be cancelled within the first 3 hours of the scheduled check-in time and you will not be able to receive a refund including the deposit.

Changing or canceling the booking

Bookings can only be changed or cancelled by contacting Mabets customer service. Where change or cancellation is subject to the approval of Mabet and the host (a cancellation fee may be charged in case of approval of the cancellation of the reservation).

Mismatch of what you booked

If some facilities are not available or the property that has been booked at your request is not clean upon arrival at your accommodation, we advise you to submit a complaint to the property management first. In the event that the place administration does not respond to your request, you can contact an overnight stay, provided that the entry period does not exceed a maximum of 3 hours. Except in extreme cases such as (electricity failure - breakdown of electrical appliances), where we apologize for receiving complaints after the end of the reservation period

Refunds

• 1- Refunds take from one hour to 7 working days, knowing that in the case of payment over Mada, the refund takes From one to 6 working hours, and through the visa it takes from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the issuing party,
• 2- Tabby refunds are subject to at least 3 working days to return the amount to your wallet.

Information of the site and application (Mabet) on the network

The application and site (Mabet) uses all means to ensure the readiness of the site and the application and the availability of all services associated with it, but it cannot guarantee its continuous or uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The application and the site (Mabet) does not have any warranties, whether explicit or implied, regarding the content of the site and the application, and has the right to waive all warranties in accordance with the maximum extent available in the applicable law. Your access to and use of software and other materials, or through the Site or App, is at your own risk. The application and website (Mabet) does not provide any guarantees about the accuracy or freedom of viruses for such programs. Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances shall Mabet and its licensors, suppliers and service providers bear any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages of any kind (including without limitation loss of profits, lost savings or revenue, loss or corruption of data or information) arising with any means of communication using or unable to use or be unable to On the use of the application and the site (Mabet), whether on the basis of breach of contract, damage, negligence, liability for products or otherwise, even if you have been advised of the possibility of any damages. This includes any information, products or services obtained or via any communication on the Site or App.

Allowed Usage

When using the site or application (Mabet) you agree to:

• 1. Use it only to determine the availability of services and products available on the Site and to help you make reservations legitimate or do business with us. You agree to use the Site and App only for your personal, non-commercial use.
• 2- Use the site's services only for legitimate reservations.
• 3. Be at least 18 years of age and have the legitimate right to create a legal obligation.
• 4. You will inform all other persons on whose behalf you will make the booking of the provisions used in your booking, including all rules and restrictions applicable to them.
• 5- Not to make any fictitious, speculative or anticipation of the request. It is possible for the application and website (Mabet) to cancel, without notice, all reservations to one or more parties on the same date.
• 6. Do not distort, change the front end of the appearance of the site or the basic program.
• 7- Not to do any work that may lead to any unlikely or disproportionate pressure on the site, application or its infrastructure.
• 8. It is your personal responsibility to comply with all our special terms and conditions including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due in compliance with all rules regarding the availability of prices, products, or services, all fees.
• 9- Not to do anything that may cause damage, interfere with, or disrupt access or harm the availability of content on the site, not to download any files that carry computer viruses or any other codes, or programs designed to intercept, destroy or limit the functionality of the site or application.
• 10. Not post, distribute or upload any defamatory, offensive, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, devious, racist, morally inappropriate or other illegal content or information, or send any series of unsolicited emails, spam or any other form of communication in large quantities.
• 11. Not to threaten, disturb, abuse, disrupt, or infringe on the rights of others, including their individual rights.
• 12- Not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the site or any account of a member on the site, or to impersonate any personality or distort the membership with another person.
• 13. Not to do, cause or allow anything that could infringe damage or conflict with the intellectual property rights of the site or any of our associated companies or third parties.
• 14- Not doing anything illegal that may create any responsibility on the part of the application and site (Mabet)
• 15. Not to infringe on this Agreement or any applicable legislation in any way.
• 16. Not to upload or attach any files, programs or any other materials protected by intellectual property rights laws or (any private or public rights) unless the user owns the rights or receives authorization and consent to use them as required by law.
• 17. Not to upload or attach any files that contain any viruses, corrupted files, or any similar software or programs that may cause damage to the work of another computer.
• 18. Not to erase copyright, legal notices or proprietary designations in any uploaded file.
• 19. Not to falsify the origin or source of the software or other materials contained in the downloaded file.
• 20. Not to advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or to conduct or send surveys, contests or series of messages, or to download any file published by another user, and it should be noted that it is not allowed to promote them in these ways legally.
• 21. Not to use this website or application and any of its contents for such purpose.
• 22. Not to access, monitor or copy any content or information from this website using any robot, spider, scraper or any other automated means or any manual process without express written permission.
• 23. Not to violate restrictions on the Site or Application or any bypass or circumvention of other measures used to prevent or restrict access to this Website
• 24. Not to take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our estimation, an unbearable or disproportionate burden with the infrastructure of the site or application.
• 25. Not to make a deep link to any part of this website for any purpose without our express written permission or to merge any part of this website into any other site without prior written permission.
• 26. Not to add, view, upload, modify, publish, move, update or share from the following:
• A- Information belonging to another person that the user has no right to retain.
• B- Unwanted information, causing serious harm to minors, racist, invasive of the privacy of others, ethnically hated, or degrading and encouraging money laundering or gambling.
• C- Information that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right.
• D- Information that deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of this message or any information offensive or of a threatening nature.
• E- Information that threatens the unity, safety, defence, security, friendly relationship with foreign States or public order, or causes incitement to commit any recognizable crime, or prevents the investigation of any crime or causes insult to another State.
• F- Information impersonated by another person.
